Trini Roberts

Trini Roberts is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of comprehensive experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction, education, and retail. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager for Spark Networks, Trini oversees HR initiatives for six business units within the North American division. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at IntegraCore, where Trini provided strategic HR leadership, and HR Manager at Uppercase Living, where Trini developed and managed employee policies and programs. Trini’s expertise encompasses employee relations, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, and benefits management, with a strong focus on meeting organizational goals and enhancing employee engagement. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University, Trini holds an Associate of Science in Business from Chaffey College.
