Nirav Patel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electrical and IT fields. Currently serving as a Senior Field Service Technician at Spark Power since June 2022, Nirav previously held roles as an Associate IT Help Desk at Sutherland, where innovative solutions were implemented to address customer concerns, achieving a 100% quality audit and over 90% customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes working as an Industrial Electronics Technician at Radwell International-North America, focusing on maintenance and improvements of electrical systems, and as an Electronics Engineering Technician at R. S. Industries. Nirav holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University.
