Prior to this role, Kushay held positions at ICICI Securities, Habib Bank AG Zurich, Amba Research India Pvt Ltd, and Allegro Capital Advisors, where Kushay gained expertise in credit risk analysis, portfolio management, and leading teams in wealth management advisory. Kushay holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
