Karen Trinity Bull has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Karen Trinity started their career as a High School Teacher at Rand Park High School in 2014. Later, they joined SPARK Schools as a Literacy Teacher in 2017. Karen then progressed through various roles within SPARK Schools, including School Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019, Assistant Principal from 2020 to 2020, Acting Principal from 2020 to 2020, and currently holds the position of School Principal from 2021. In their roles, they have been responsible for implementing rigorous instructional programs, utilizing data for decision-making, setting ambitious goals for staff and students, managing student behavior, ensuring professional development of educators, supporting student achievement, and implementing school-wide systems and procedures.
Karen Trinity Bull completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Art and Design, as well as Business Management, at the University of Johannesburg from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Grade 12 certificate from St Andrews School for Girls from 2004 to 2008.
