Mike Prusienski

Mike Prusienski is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. As VP and Controller at Sparks since April 2017, Mike has held multiple senior roles, demonstrating expertise in financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and team management. Previously, as Assistant Controller at Toll Brothers from February 2013 to March 2017, Mike oversaw critical accounting functions, supported tax and audit processes, and enhanced ERP systems and reporting procedures. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Malmark, Inc., where Mike managed the General Ledger and coordinated operational accounting functions in compliance with GAAP. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Holy Family University.
