Tim S. is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in IT consultancy and software testing. As the Founder and Group CIO of Sparta Global since 2014, Tim S. has been instrumental in providing high-caliber graduates with intensive training through the Sparta Academy Programme, focusing on areas such as Testing, SDET, PMO, DevOps, Data Analysis, and Development. Prior to Sparta Global, Tim S. founded Testing Circle, an independent IT consultancy and specialist software testing solutions provider, serving prominent clients in finance, retail, and technology from 2006 to 2014. Tim S. further built expertise as a Principal Consultant at several major firms including Capgemini, Bank of Scotland, Deloitte, and UBS, after starting as a Business Analyst/System Tester at Home Retail Group PLC.
