Janet Waddell

Janet Waddell is a seasoned Environment and Regulatory Consultant currently with Spartan Delta Corp. since October 2024. Previously, Janet held various leadership roles at 360 Engineering & Environmental, culminating as Interim Vice President of Environment, where engagement with senior executives shaped strategic direction and performance indicators. Janet has significant experience in managing environmental teams during rapid expansions and overseeing environmental assessments for upstream oil and gas clients. Further career highlights include managerial positions at Bowron Environmental Group and Secure Energy Services Inc., focusing on regulatory compliance, site closure, and project management. Janet holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Royal Roads University, as well as diplomas in Environmental Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and Business Administration from Red Deer Polytechnic.
