Alex Locke

Alex Locke is a retail accountant at SpartanNash since September 2023, focusing on General Ledger activities including journal entries, reconciliations, budgets, and forecasts. Concurrently, Alex serves as an assistant coach at Byron Center Public Schools. Previously, Alex worked as a research finance intern at Corewell Health, aiding the Research Finance Team with daily tasks and month-end closeouts for grants and research projects. Coaching experience includes serving as head coach for the Boys 6th Grade Basketball Team at Canterbury School of Northeast Indiana. Additionally, Alex interned at Foster Financial Services, gaining experience with financial programs in preparation for client meetings. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology, earned between August 2020 and May 2023.
