Steve Harper

Steve Harper has over 20 years of experience in human resources and labor relations. Steve currently holds the position of Senior Director, HR & Labor Relations at SpartanNash, where they have been since June 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Labor Relations at SpartanNash from March 2021 to June 2022. Before joining SpartanNash, Steve worked at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they held the role of Deputy General Manager, HR Strategy & Labor Relations from April 2018 to March 2021 and Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner from March 2014 to March 2021. Steve began their career at Toyota Manufacturing, Texas, where they worked as the Manager of Human Resources from January 2000 to February 2014.

Steve Harper attended Michigan State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources.
