Dave Lapeus has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Dave began their career at Bayer Diagnostics as a Project Engineer in 1989 and worked there until 2000. Dave then moved on to Sparton Medical, formerly known as Astro Instrumentation, where they served as an Engineering Program Manager for nine years. In 2009, they joined Spartronics as the Director of Design Engineering.
Dave Lapeus holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a dual specialization in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Ashland University. Dave also obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Cleveland State University.
