Shane Romsos

Shane Romsos has extensive experience in environmental science and management, currently serving as the Director, Seat 2 on the Board of Directors for the South Tahoe Public Utility District since December 2020. Romsos also holds the position of Senior Program Director and Research Scientist at Spatial Informatics Group, LLC, since June 2014, where previous roles included Senior Environmental Scientist. Prior to this, Romsos worked as the Science, Monitoring and Evaluation Program Manager at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency from June 2007 to May 2014 and served as the Wildlife Program Manager for the US Forest Service from March 2004 to June 2007. Romsos earned a Bachelor's Degree in Wildlife Biology and a Master's Degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from Humboldt State University.
