Annalynn Castillo

Annalynn Castillo has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Annalynn began their career in 2010 as a Senior HR Generalist at CooperVision. In 2012, they moved on to become a Senior HR Business Partner at [24]7.ai. In 2014, they became a Senior HR Manager at Lyve Minds, Inc. (which later merged with Seagate Technologies). In 2016, they served as a Consultant for e.l.f. Cosmetics and then went on to become the Head of People Operations at NatureBox. In 2018, they became an HR Consultant at BeiGene (through Forshay). In 2019, they were the Head of Human Resources and Workplaces at Synack, Inc. In 2020, they were a CPOHQ Member at CPOHQ and in 2021 they were a Head of People / Advisor at both Faction and Spatial.

Annalynn Castillo has a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Psychology from UC Irvine, a Certificate - 200 Hours RYT in Yoga from Piedmont Yoga, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. Additionally, they have obtained seven certifications from various institutions, including Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Unconscious Bias, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification, Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and DiSC Trainer.
