Gadi Kuperman is a pioneering expert in the defense industry, currently serving as Founder and CTO of SpearUAV since January 2017, where innovative encapsulated weapon systems are developed to transform modern warfare across various domains. Prior to this role, Gadi held multiple key positions at Elbit Systems Ltd from October 2010 to December 2016, including Founder, Chairman, and CEO, as well as Director of International Marketing and Business Development for Military Transport Aircraft Upgrades, where significant business development initiatives led to transactions exceeding $500M. Gadi's military background includes serving as a Pilot and Squadron Commander in the Israeli Air Force from June 1985 to October 2010. Educational accomplishments include an MA in the Strategy of National Security from Air University and a B.A. in Economics & Logistics from Bar-Ilan University.
