Komel Mian

Komel Mian is a dedicated pharmacist currently employed at Specialty Rx, Inc. since August 2022, with previous experience as a staff pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from April 2019 to August 2022. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure medication efficacy, providing clinical guidance on drug interactions, mentoring pharmacy staff, and counseling patients on new medications. Mian demonstrated exceptional patient care during the Covid-19 pandemic, leading a vaccine clinic and administering over 1,000 vaccines. Prior pharmacy internship experiences include roles at Genoa Healthcare, Houston Methodist, Lenox Hill Hospital, and Yale New Haven Hospital. Mian holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Binghamton University.
