Kaja Pavlinić

Kaja Pavlinić is a seasoned professional currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Product Manager at Speck since June 2020, while also being the Founder of KAJUŠKA, which offers IT, education, and consulting services. As President of the Sustainable Development Forum Green Window since March 2018, Kaja advocates for sustainable development initiatives. Additional roles include serving as a Clinton Global Initiative University Commitment Mentor from November 2020 to April 2024 and Vice President of the Croatian Youth Network until May 2023. Kaja has previously worked in project management at Duart European Actors Platform and Tinja, contributing to various collaborative initiatives. Kaja holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, alongside additional professional development through esteemed programs such as the Clinton Global Initiative University.
