Alona Osadchuk

Alona Osadchuk currently serves as the Talent & People Lead at Speckle, starting in March 2024. Previously, Alona worked as a Technical Recruiter at Meta from March 2022 to February 2024, focusing on fostering community and collaboration. Alona was a Technical Recruitment Partner at Miro from September 2019 to January 2022, which involved supporting distributed teams through the online collaborative platform used by major global companies. Earlier, Alona worked as a Lecturer at Hillel IT School, teaching recruitment and HR for the IT sector, and as a People Partner at Ciklum, providing HR consulting in a multinational context. Alona’s experience also includes roles as an HR manager and IT recruiter at Intersog and iLogos, where significant contributions included establishing a new office and organizing the first Game Development conference in Odessa. Alona began in the industry as a Media Relations and Conference Coordinator at Netpeak. Alona holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management from Odesa National Economic University and additional education from Wave Odessa Business School.
