Most recently, they held the position of head of people data, insight, and administration at Specsavers, where they led the sourcing, cleanse, transformation, and migration of colleague records, among other responsibilities. Overall, James Rands has extensive experience in HR administration, data, and analytics, with a focus on system implementation and process improvements.
