Dustin Christmann

Dustin Christmann is a senior software engineer with a diverse range of experience. Dustin started their career at Nortel in 1994, where they developed software for the DMS-MSC call control center used in GSM/UMTS cellular networks. Dustin guided numerous projects through the design cycle and worked on various trunk signaling protocols. Dustin also helped customers migrate from circuit-switched bearer networks to media gateways for packet bearer networks. Dustin then worked at Avtec Inc. as a software engineer before joining Aztek Networks as a senior software engineer. At Aztek Networks, they developed software and contributed to the company's success until 2012. Dustin then joined Genband as a senior software engineer before moving on to SS8 Inc. as a senior software engineer in 2013. At SS8 Inc., Dustin worked for a few months before joining RedPoint Global Inc. as a senior software engineer. At RedPoint Global, they developed software in both C++ and Java and implemented unit testing for both Windows and Linux builds using Google Test. In 2018, Dustin joined Spectralink Corporation as a senior software engineer, where they developed enterprise calling and push-to-talk Android apps and integrated them with different SIP-based call servers.

Dustin Christmann obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the University of South Carolina, completing their studies from 2007 to 2009.
