Katy Webb has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1994 as an Internal Auditor at the University of California, Los Angeles. Katy then joined Boeing in 2000, where they held various finance and business operations roles, including Senior Finance Analyst and Senior Business Operations Manager. In 2020, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Spectrolab. Katy's expertise lies in financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and new business transactions.

Katy Webb obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Later on, they pursued an Executive MBA with a specialization in Global Management and Finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, which they completed in the years 2015 to 2017.
