Ayelet Dekel has extensive work experience in various roles in the medical and technology industries. Ayelet started their career in 2005 at Hewlett-Packard as a Planning & Control professional. Ayelet then moved to SanDisk in 2006, where they worked in the same capacity. In 2007, they joined Spectrum Dynamics as a Logistics Specialist, and later became the Logistics & Purchasing Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Operations at Spectrum Dynamics. In 2015, they joined Premia Spine Ltd. as the Director of Supply Chain. Ayelet returned to Spectrum Dynamics in 2016 and held the positions of Strategic Projects Manager & HR and VP Human Resources.
Ayelet Dekel attended Ruppin Academic Center from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2019, they enrolled at Bar-Ilan University and completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2020.
