Neil Stobie has over 25 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Neil most recently served as the Principal Systems Engineer at Spectrum Effect since March 2021. Prior to that, Neil worked at Nokia from July 2016 to March 2021, where they held the position of Senior SON Systems Engineer, focusing on 5G NR optimization modules. Before Nokia, they worked at Eden Rock Communications as a SON Systems Engineer from March 2014 to July 2016.
