Scott Czekalski has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering roles, currently serving as Production Plant Manager and Process Improvement Manager at Spectrum Industries Inc. since February 1997. In this capacity, Scott develops and oversees the Process Improvement system using Lean and Six Sigma techniques and has been a member of the ISO 9001:2000 Steering Team. Scott has led the implementation of assembly workcells, analyzed product flow, developed a 5S system, and introduced visual management systems with standard work instructions. Previously, Scott held positions as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at fluoroware and entegris. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology specializing in Manufacturing Engineering and Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
