Mike Ballenger has over a decade of experience in executive talent acquisition and recruitment leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Search at Spectrum since March 2017, Mike plays a key role in enhancing talent acquisition strategies for a leading connectivity company. Prior to this, positions included Senior Director of Technology Recruiting and Director of Global Executive Talent Acquisition at Western Union, where responsibilities involved global executive recruiting. Mike also held leadership roles at hrQ Inc. as Search Practice Leader, TeleTech as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, AIMCO as Talent Director, and DHR International as Vice President of Executive Search. Mike possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business from Colorado Mesa University.
