Katie Freeland

Katie Freeland is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the senior living industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since May 2016, Katie previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at Provision Living from February 2013 to May 2015 and served as Regional Director of Operations. Earlier in her career, Katie was the Vice President of Community Operations at Hearth Management from May 2007 to January 2013. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree from Anderson University.
