Kristen Naughton

Kristen Naughton is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC since June 2023, Kristen has previously held significant positions at Anthology Senior Living, Akerna Corp., and AR Global Investments, LLC, among others. With a strong background in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting, Kristen has effectively led teams and implemented operational efficiencies throughout a diverse career that includes a notable tenure at PwC and Ernst & Young. Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder.
