Ray Bell has been the Director of Development at the Speech and Language Development Center since 1997.
Ray Bell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, which they completed between 1959 and 1963. Following that, they attended the St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, MO from 1964 to 1966, where they earned a Bachelor's in Theology.

Speech and Language Development Center is a nonprofit school and therapy center serving children and young adults, ages 2 through 40 years. Based on 60 years of knowledge, skill, and success, SLDC provides remediation for language/learning, emotional/social, and neurologically-based needs to students with a broad scope of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder.
