Irina Predescu

Irina Predescu is an accomplished professional in product design and user research, currently serving as the Head of Product Design & User Research at speek since June 2025. Previously, Irina held the position of Senior Product Designer at Not On The High Street from April 2024 to March 2025, where collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers focused on enhancing e-commerce journeys. From May 2022 to April 2024, Irina was a Senior Product Designer at Zero Gravity, overseeing the UX/UI process for an edtech platform and significantly improving its monetization strategies. Earlier experience includes freelance work with Mas & Pas, where Irina designed engaging flows for a platform dedicated to children's activities, and as a UX/UI Designer at Stotles, contributing to B2B platform enhancements. Irina holds a Bachelor of Science in Web Design and Development from The University of Hull and a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly.
