Tayma Almezogy currently serves as the Atharona Network Lead at a Stealth Startup since June 2024. From February 2022 to the present, Tayma has held multiple roles at Speetar, including Venture Support Manager, People and Culture Manager, Senior People and Culture Coordinator, People and Culture Coordinator, and Associates Coordinator, focusing on recruiting and retaining top talent in a fast-paced healthcare startup environment. Tayma began with an internship at Speetar, contributing to the mental health project with the mental health team. Tayma is pursuing a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at the University of Tripoli, expected to be completed in 2024.
