Speira
Einar Glomnes has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the business and investment sectors. Einar is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Speira since June 2021. Prior to that, Glomnes worked at Norsk Hydro for over a decade, holding positions such as Executive Vice President of Rolled Products, Senior Vice President of Head Global Joint Ventures, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hydro Aluminium Asia, and Vice President in various departments. Einar also served as the Chairman of Funds IV and was a member of the investment committee in later funds at Verdane. Additionally, Glomnes held leadership positions as Chairman of the Board at Aluchemie and ALBRAS - Alumínio Brasileiro S.A, and was a board member at Qatalum, Aluminerie Alouette Inc., NorSun, and Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. Earlier in their career, Glomnes worked as a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet Schjødt.
Einar Glomnes completed a Cand Jur degree in Law from the University of Oslo (UiO) between 1989 and 1995. Einar then pursued further education at Columbia Law School, where they obtained an LLM degree in Law from 1997 to 1998.
