Speira
Rolf Lindbäck has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Rolf currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Speira, starting in June 2021. Prior to this, they worked for Norsk Hydro, where they served as the Head of Finance and Strategy for BA Rolled Products from August 2019 to May 2021. Rolf also held the roles of Vice President Corporate M&A from January 2018 to August 2019 and Vice President Strategy for Extruded Solutions from October 2016 to December 2017.
Before joining Norsk Hydro, Lindbäck worked at Yara International, where they were the Head of Open Innovation from January 2016 to October 2016. Rolf also served as the CFO of Business Unit Latin America from January 2014 to December 2015 and as a Strategy and Investment Project Manager from November 2012 to December 2013.
Earlier in their career, Lindbäck worked as an Advisor to Management at I.M. Skaugen SE from February 2012 to November 2012. Rolf also worked as an Associate at SEB Enskilda from September 2009 to February 2012 and as an Associate at Astrup and Partners AS from August 2008 to September 2009.
Lindbäck began their professional journey as an Analyst in M&A and Leverage Finance at Kaupthing Bank from June 2007 to July 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from September 2005 to June 2007. Rolf also had an internship at J.P. Morgan from June 2004 to October 2004.
Rolf Lindbäck completed their MSc in Communication Systems at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at the Technical University of Munich from 2002 to 2003.
