Mallun Yen

Mallun Yen is the Founder, CEO, and General Partner of Operator Collective, a venture fund that unites over 200 diverse executives to invest in emerging enterprise founders. Yen also serves as the Co-Chair of the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit and is a member of the Board of Directors at Pure Storage and the Council for Inclusive Innovation at USPTO, focusing on enhancing diversity in innovation. Previously, Yen held leadership roles at KQED and SaaStr, co-founded ChIPs to support women in technology and law, and was an Executive Vice President and Board member at RPX Corporation. Academic contributions include lecturing at Stanford Law School on intellectual property. Mallun Yen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
