Morgan Richardson currently serves as the Strategy & Operations Lead at Spektrix since August 2023, following a tenure as Client Success Consultant. Morgan has extensive experience in the arts and client success, having held multiple roles at Concord since April 2011, including Playwright. Additionally, Morgan contributed to the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC) as an Audience Services Systems Consultant from June 2023 to September 2023 and worked as a Customer Success Manager at Fidel API from September 2021 to December 2022. Prior roles at Spektrix from March 2018 to June 2021 included Client Success Team Manager, Senior Client Success Manager, and Support and Training Consultant. Morgan began a career in customer service at Apple from July 2015 to March 2018, serving as a Specialist and Training Leadership Experience at Fifth Avenue. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, with a focus on Playwriting and Design/Production, from Fordham University.
