Ana Saavedra

Ana Saavedra has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the Global Director of Learning & Development at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they held various managerial positions in talent development and organizational development at Albéa Group from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they worked in organizational development at KCSM Kansas City Southern de Mexico from 2014 to 2015. In their earlier career, they held roles in strategy management and planning at Albea Cosmetics and worked as an HR Supervisor at Core Composites de Mexico. Ana also served as the VP Executive Assistant at Dura Automotive from 2005 to 2008.
