Mitchell Alexander

Mitchell Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Mitchell started their career in 1983 as an Assistant Director of Robotics Research & Artificial Intelligence at the New York Institute of Technology. From 1987 to 1991, they worked at Information Automation as a Manager of R&D / Chief Engineer. Mitchell then moved to CMI - Competitive Solutions in 1991, where they served as the Manager of R&D / Chief Engineer until 1992. Mitchell then founded their own company, Next Generation Systems, and held the position of Owner / Chief Technology Officer from 1992 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Spellman High Voltage as the Manager of Digital and Software Design, and later took on roles as the Director of Network Operations and finally as the CIO / CISO. In 2004, Mitchell joined Walden University as a Faculty Member in the NTU School of Engineering and Applied Science, where they stayed until 2010. Throughout their career, they have also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the New York Institute of Technology.

Mitchell Alexander has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Engineering Management from Walden University. Mitchell also holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering from National Technological University and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Computer Engineering from New York Institute of Technology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Mitchell Alexander has obtained several certifications. Mitchell is an ACE Certified Coach from the Amateur Softball Association, a Certified Professional Rescuer from the American Red Cross, a Master Project Manager MPM from IPMC, and a Double Goal Coach from the Positive Coaching Alliance.
