Jane Krol is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of International Adoption Programs at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children. In this role, Jane provides comprehensive case management to families pursuing international adoption pathways. Previous roles include Patient Care Coordinator at The Motherhood Center of New York, where responsibilities involved screening and supporting mothers experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, and Project Coordinator for Nkaikela Youth Group, focusing on wellness strategies and grant writing for clients with HIV/AIDs. Additional experience includes positions in the food service industry and mail processing at Ursinus College, where Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology. Further education includes a program at the University of Botswana through the CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange.
