Steven Bunting has a comprehensive work experience in various industries. Steven is currently working as a Project Director at Spencer Group since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Head of Civils and Infrastructure & IRATA Technical Authority at AquaTerra Group Ltd from 2021 to 2022. Steven also worked as an Operational Compliance Consultant at IRATA International in 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Operations Manager & IRATA Technical Authority at ALPS: Access, Lifting, Pulling & Safety Ltd from 2019 to 2021. Between 2012 and 2019, they held multiple roles at Rigmar Group, including Divisional Manager & IRATA Technical Authority for Civils, Divisional Manager & IRATA Technical Authority for Specialist Access (Oil and Gas), and Project Manager and On-Site Technical Lead for the New NATO Headquarters project. Before that, they worked at Amey as a Delivery Manager and Level 3 Supervisor for CEFA Rail Bridge Examinations from 2010 to 2012. Steven also gained experience at IRATA International as a Specialist Access Supervisor/Technician from 2006 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Macalloy from 2004 to 2006, and as a Project Engineer at Siemens from 2001 to 2004. Steven started their career at British Airways as a Project Engineer for GATELINK Terminal-to-Aircraft LAN trials from 1999 to 2000.
Steven Bunting has a comprehensive education history in the field of engineering and operations management. Steven attended Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a BEng (HONS) degree in Engineering & Operations Management. Additionally, Steven pursued further education at Pershore College of Higher Education from 1999 to 2000 and completed an HNC degree in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance. Prior to this, they attended Hartford College from 1994 to 1997 and attained an HNC degree in Materials Engineering & Metals Technology.
In addition to their formal education, Steven Bunting has acquired several certifications. Steven holds a First Aid at Work certification from St John Ambulance, which is recognized by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Steven also possesses a Level 3 certification from IRATA International. Furthermore, Steven has obtained a Skilled Worker certification from the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS).
