Jaimee Charlton

Jaimee Charlton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Spendless Shoes and Wildfire Shoes, Jaimee also holds the title of Executive Director at Spendless and has played pivotal roles such as General Manager of Operations and Store Development and Marketing Manager. Additionally, Jaimee is a Board Member at the Adelaide Economic Development Agency and previously held the position of General Manager of Operations at Wildfire Shoes. Jaimee's foundational experience includes a role in leasing at Cotton On Group and a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Business in Property Development from the University of South Australia, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
