Erin Bornstein is a seasoned footwear designer currently serving as the Senior Footwear Designer and Men’s Team Lead at Sperry since November 2021, where responsibilities include mentoring and overseeing a design team to ensure quality and alignment with business growth strategies. Erin also leads the Women’s team, focusing on the counter seasonal Resort collection. As the Owner, Creative Director, and Senior Freelance Designer at ReBorn Designs LLC since December 2018, Erin manages a diverse portfolio of global footwear brands, providing design and development support. Additionally, Erin co-founded Charcu Catery in July 2019. Previous roles include Women's Footwear Designer at Timberland and Product Developer & Designer at HH Brown, with earlier positions in graphic design and web design, complemented by a BFA in Graphic Design from Suffolk University.
