Matthew Bach

Matthew Bach is a Mechanical Design Engineer currently employed at Rosco Vision since March 2025, focusing on the design of mechanical systems for mirrors and collaborating with customers on technical support. In addition, Matthew works at Sperry Rail Inc. in an entry-level role, gaining experience in R&D, product testing, and design projects, while having previously held a Project Manager position after joining as a Rotational Program Associate. Previous experiences include project engineering for Volunteers for Medical Engineering, where Matthew designed an iPad mounting system for individuals with disabilities, and conducting analytical studies for the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, earned in 2022.
