Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager for g2 Recruitment Solutions in The Netherlands and progressing through various roles within the company, contributing to significant growth in recruitment services across Europe. Sham's career features a strong emphasis on tech and engineering recruitment and business development within international markets.
