Richa Khanolkar

Richa Khanolkar has worked for several companies in various roles. In 2022, they began working for Salesforce as a Service Cloud Technical Support. In 2021, they started working for SPHERE Technology Solutions as a Software Implementation Engineer. In 2020, they began working for DbCom Inc. as a System Administrator. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Student Wellness Administrator. In 2015, they were an Intern at DbCom Inc., where they created web pages using PHP to prototype an application to assist blind individuals for their learning program, and created PowerPoint presentations to summarize a brokerage company's business requirements.

Richa Khanolkar completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Humanities and Social Sciences from the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2020. Richa is currently enrolled in Trailhead by Salesforce. In addition, Richa has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (2022), Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (2022), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (2020).
