From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a COBRA Coordinator at WageWorks, where they handled various responsibilities related to COBRA compliance. In 2005, Alyson joined SPI Lighting, Inc as a Human Resources Generalist and worked there till 2008. During their time at SPI Lighting, they gained experience in managing departmental goals, advising management on employee relations issues, and administering various HR programs. Alyson then took on the role of Human Resources Manager at SPI Lighting in 2008, where they developed and maintained an employee handbook, conducted wage surveys, and administered performance reviews. In 2020, they became the HR Director at SPI Lighting, overseeing the HR department.
Alyson B. attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1998 to 2003. Alyson did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during this time. In addition, Alyson also attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee for an unknown duration, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources Management. Alyson later returned to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater to study Human Resources Management, but did not complete a degree there either.
