Ben Eagleburger is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Since November 2019, Ben has worked as a New Product Development Engineer and Sustaining Engineer at SPI Lighting, where responsibilities include redesigning LED lighting fixtures for cost reduction, improving assembly practices, and automating product lines. Prior experience includes roles as a Designer/Drafter at Waukesha Bearings Corporation, Tool Design Engineer at Guhring, Inc., and Applications Engineer at Ingersoll Machine Tools, where Ben developed manufacturing drawings, designed cutting tools, and programmed CNC machinery. Early career experiences also include a manufacturing engineering co-op at MPI Products LLC and a senior design project focused on a water-ski tow rope device. Furthermore, Ben has contributed to polymer processing research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Polymer Processing Lab and held a shift manager position at Dairy Queen.
