Shankar Rao

Shankar Rao currently serves as a Consulting Partner at Spice Route Finance and as a Managing Partner at Graviton Advisors LLP, roles held since October 2023 and June 2020, respectively. Previously, Shankar Rao was the Group CFO and part of Social Alpha Shared Services from June 2022 to September 2023 and held various leadership positions at 3M India Limited for 30 years, retiring as a Board Member, Whole Time Director, and CFO in May 2020. Early career experience includes serving as Finance Officer at The Mysore Paper Mills Limited. Shankar Rao holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Bangalore University and an Inter in Management Accounting from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
