Daniel Watkins has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, since July 2014. Prior roles at SPIE include Software Engineer and Software Development Intern. Before joining SPIE, Daniel worked as a Quality Assurance Technician at Icicle Seafoods, Inc., where responsibilities included quality control, staff training, and sanitation oversight. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from Western Washington University, completed in 2015. Educational background also includes studies at Central Washington University and Ocosta Jr/Sr High School.
