Jonathan Dawkins

Jonathan Dawkins has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Jonathan currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition (EMEA & APAC) at Spinnaker Support. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition EMEA at TIBCO Software Inc. and as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Senior Manager Global Talent Acquisition (Interim) at Dimension Data. In these roles, Jonathan was responsible for devising and implementing talent acquisition strategies, managing global recruitment projects, and building and leading teams of recruiters. Before entering the talent acquisition field, Jonathan worked as a Commodities Trader at Investec and Standard Bank. Jonathan also had significant experience in revolutionizing talent acquisition functions as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ONLY the BEST and Sybrin.

Jonathan Dawkins has a Certificate in Advanced Financial Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Jonathan also holds a B.Comm degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand. In addition, they have obtained a certification in "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in the year 2024.
