Rohan Aggarwal is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as Assistant Manager at Spinny since September 2022, overseeing recruitment for multiple segments, including Spinny Assured and Spinny Max. Rohan manages a team of five recruiters and is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes across India, focusing on relation-building with candidates.
