Adèle Anderson was appointed an independent Non-Executive Director in July 2016.
Adèle has gained extensive financial experience throughout her career and has significant knowledge of audit committees. Until July 2011, she was a partner in KPMG LLP and held a number of senior roles across their business including chief financial officer of KPMG UK, chief executive officer of KPMG’s captive insurer and chief financial officer of KPMG Europe. Adèle was a non-executive director of easyJet plc until February 2019, and intu properties plc until October, 2019.
Adèle is chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
