Tarasha Bista

Tarasha Bista is an experienced payroll manager with a comprehensive background in payroll processing, HR functions, and customer service. Currently employed at Spire since March 2022, Tarasha has previously held positions such as Payroll & HR Specialist at Delta Electronics (Americas) and Payroll Consultant at BBSI, where leadership of payroll operations for a large workforce was a key responsibility. Prior roles include processing payroll at ADP for multiple companies, onboarding medical staff at DaVita, and various customer service positions, building a strong foundation in communication and administrative duties. Tarasha holds a Master's degree in Organization Communication & Human Resource Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication & Journalism from the College of Media and Communication in New Delhi.
