John C. has over two decades of experience in CRM software management, currently serving as the CRM Applications Manager at Spirent Communications since February 2002. In this role, John C. supervises installation, configuration, and support of CRM systems while leading a technical team to resolve program issues and ensure data quality. Prior to this, John C. worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at CAW Networks for three years, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and as a Systems Programmer at NEC Systems for over a year.
